Electronic services provided through the E-government portal have been used more than 23 million times so far since the portal launched.  Any user can follow this statistical data online with the help of the counter added to the portal.

The dynamics of the use of e-services confirms the rapid implementation of the ‘e-government’ idea in Azerbaijan. With the help of the counter, any user of the portal can follow online the increasing number in the use of the electronic payment system and banking services, which combines 424 social services, 12 e-references, and 250 types of payment.

Along with the electronization of government agencies and organizations, the implementation of the e-government concept in the republic   also facilitates  the “electronization ” of citizens.  The increasing number of citizens using e-services once again proves the necessity of transferring services to the digital environment.
