How many e-signature certificates were used in May?

As is known, the electronic signature card is a means of verifying component and determining the identity of the user in the virtual environment. It is a single code that performs all the functions of a signature in the electronic system, encodes the electronic data sent and determines the sender.

E-signature, as an element of verification of electronic documents, provides safe and rapid implementation of the process in virtual environment. It is for this reason that its use today is quite important, and in general the number of e-signature users continues to grow.

So, according to statistics, as of June 1,2016, the number of electronic signatures certificates  issued to government agencies amounted to 59100, to individuals - 16120, to legal persons - 15310. A total of 90530 electronic signatures certificates have been issued by the National Certification Services Center so far.

Note that the number of e-signatures issued in May 2016 amounted to 2792. Of these, 2318 were issued to government agencies, 46 - to physical persons, and 428 - to legal entities.

It should be noted that as of June 1, 2016  the total number of documents signed and  authentication of transactions  conducted  by government agencies amounted  to 11 095 046,  natural persons and legal persons - 2 411 725  by using  e- signature, which is one of the authentication tools of the E-government portal. Their total number was 13 506 771.
