Training on how to use the service “Acceptance of e-complaint made to Boards of Appeal” and control panel was held for representatives of local executive authorities in the city of Mingachevir on August 17, 2016. The training was conducted by experts of the Data Processing Center (DPC) of the Ministry of Communications and High Technologies (MCHT).
The event of regional character was attended by representatives from a number of cities such as Mingachevir, Aghdam, Yevlakh, Barda, Tartar, Aghjabadi, Khojaly, Lachin, Goranboy, Aghdash, Goychay, Ujar, Oghuz, Shaki, Gakh, and Naftalan.
Note that the Ministry of Communications and High Technologies, the operator of the E-government portal, introduced the new service, which was integrated into the portal, to the public on August 12.
Remind that the main goal of the e-service “Acceptance of e-complaint made to Boards of Appeal” is to allow individuals and legal entities engaged in business activities to apply electronically and promptly to central and local executive bodies of Azerbaijan.
The service which is of great importance for businesses will enable complainants to easily appeal to state bodies, submit documents in electronic form, as well as obtain information on consideration of appeal.
The citizen using the above-mentioned service will also be able to track the information on execution status of the appeal sent and get the decision made on it in electronic form.
