A training on how to use the e-service “Acceptance of e-complaint made to Boards of Appeal” and the control panel was held in Ganja for representatives of local executive authorities representing eleven regions on August 19. The training was conducted by specialists of the Data Processing Center (DPC) of the Ministry of Communications and High Technologies. During the training, the attendees were informed about the advantages of this e-service.
The event was attended by representatives from cities Aghstafa, Gazakh, Dashkasan, Gadabay, Goygol, Tovuz, Shamkir, Samukh, and Beylagan, including Ganja city.
Users wishing to use this service, which has been integrated into the E-government portal, can click on the appropriate link “Acceptance of e-complaint made to Boards of Appeal” on the home page of the portal.
Remind that the aim of e-service “Acceptance of e-complaint made to Boards of Appeal” is to enable individuals and legal entities engaged in business activities to apply to central and local executive bodies of the Republic of Azerbaijan electronically.
The service which is of great importance for businesses, will also allow complainants to easily appeal to the state bodies, submit documents online, obtain information on consideration of appeal.
The citizen using the service will also be able to track the information on execution status of the appeal sent and get the decision made on the appeal in electronic form.
