Citizens can now apply to the Human Rights Commissioner (Ombudsman) of the Republic of Azerbaijan through E-government portal.

Thus, each user, including citizens of the Republic of Azerbaijan, foreigners and stateless persons, as well as legal entities  will be able  to send suggestion, application and complaint  to the Human Rights Commissioner (Ombudsman) in electronic form via the portal.

To do this, the user must choose “Submission of online application to the Human Rights Commissioner” introduced by the Office of the Human Rights Commissioner - Ombudsman. Then it is necessary to become familiar with the instructions for the use and click on the Next button.

Then  the user  chooses citizenship status on the opened window, for example,  “Citizen of the Republic of Azerbaijan” and  includes his ID card number and PIN code and then clicks on  Next button.

Including information about himself on the new page, the user selects type of application, whether it is first time or next, types the text of application and clicks on Send button to send complaint, application and suggestion to the Human Rights Commissioner (Ombudsman).

Note that although the service is registration-free, but it is required to register on the portal by using one of the authentication tools in order to view the history of the application sent.
