A number of insurance companies operating in the country have launched online insurance by using electronic signature. Thus, insurance companies MBASK, Xalq, Ateshgah, and AzSigorta will create an opportunity for citizens to get insurance certificates online.

The above-mentioned insurance companies have been integrated into the signing system based on the server created   by National Certification Services Center (NCSC) of the Ministry of Communications and High Technologies. It should be noted that the said server system has the ability to automatically sign references and other important documents of companies on behalf of the authorized persons of those organizations providing online payment, banking and other e-services.

Thus, the system which creates condition for providing high signing necessity, allows insurance companies to send citizen’s e-application to the required organization (compulsory insurance bureau) by approving it with enhanced e-signature.

Note that the server-based signing system is fully secure. The keys are protected via a USB token in order to ensure security and guarantee complete stability. The system automatically provides millions of signatures throughout the year.

Organizations wishing to use the service can get a signature certificate and service key to sign documents on the server by applying to the National Certification Services Center.
