The number of citizens using e-services through E-government portal in our country is growing with every passing day. Data Processing Centre (DPC) of the Ministry of Communications and High Technologies has released statistical data on the use of electronic services provided through the E-government portal.
According to statistics, the population of the country used electronic services 13, 562, 257 times during the period from January 1 to October 1, 2016. During this period, some of the electronic services provided through the portal by different government agencies were used most frequently.
Thus, during the reporting period, electronic services of the Ministry of Labor and Social Protection of Population were used 4,491,884 times, electronic services of the State Students Admission Commission were used 4,245,812 times, the electronic services of the Ministry of Communications and High Technologies were used 4 ,047,190 times, the electronic services of the State Customs Committee were used 316,085 times, and the electronic services of the Ministry of Internal Affairs were used 54,737 times.
Observations show that the population of the country show more interest to socially oriented e-services. Thus, according to the statistical data, during the stated period the electronic service “Registration of labor contracts notifications and providing information to employer about it” of the Ministry of Labor and Social Protection of Population (MLSPP) was used 1,408,190 times. The second most commonly used e-service of the Ministry of Labour and Social Protection of Population was “Apply for targeted social assistance”. The service was used 1,203,524 times during nine months. It should be noted that this service was integrated into the E-government portal on February 22 this year.
The electronic service “Providing information on test results to applicants and participants of test exams via the internet or SMS” of the State Students Admission Commission (SSAC) was used most frequently during nine months. The e-service was used 1,814, 016 times in the reporting period.
The electronic service “Provision of information on numbers moved to another network through Mobile Number Portability (MNP) service” of the Ministry of Communications and High Technologies was used 2,024,616 times during the stated period. Remind that the MNP service enables mobile telephone users to retain their mobile telephone numbers when changing from one mobile network operator to another. In other words, users can change the operator without changing their mobile number prefix. By using this service, the user can obtain information on to which network the required mobile phone number has been shifted.
During the reporting period, the electronic service “Simplified declaration for individuals” of the State Customs Committee (SCC) was used 23,889 times. Note that 12 services of SCC have been integrated into the E-government portal so far. It should be noted that the electronic services “Apply for information on electronic customs declaration” and “My import/export operations” were among the most frequently used e-services of SCC.
The electronic service “Information on fines and penalty points imposed for violation of traffic rules” of the Ministry of Internal Affairs was used 27,473 times during the first nine months of this year.
