The electronic service “Apply for repair or replacement of faulty water meters” of Azersu Open Joint Stock Company (OJSC) has been integrated into the E-government portal.
From now on, consumers will be able to apply online for the repair or replacement of faulty water meters through E-government portal.
Since the service requires registration, subscribers first must register on the portal by choosing one of authentication types.
Then subscriber should select the electronic service “Apply for repair or replacement of faulty water meters” from the list of the e-services of Azersu OJSC and enter the subscriber code in the opened window and click on “Continue” button.
The system will verify the subscriber code and display information on the subscriber. If there is not such a code in the database, the system will display a warning message “The code you entered is incorrect”.
To register the application, the following data should be entered into the opened window: the reason for application, contact number and e-mail address, short text of application and additional entries.
After entering the information, the subscriber should click on “Apply” button. Then, “Your application is registered. Thank you for using the service” will appear on the screen.
Within 15 business days after the registration of the application, a representative of Water Utility Management will check the faulty water meter and necessary measures will be taken in this regard.
