Two more electronic services of the Ministry of Culture and Tourism of the Republic of Azerbaijan have been integrated into the E-government portal.

1. “Apply for concluding agreements and acts on protection of monuments with physical and legal persons”

2 “Apply for registration of permissions for carrying out archaeological excavations”

To use the said e-services, physical and legal persons should access the website www.e-gov.az using e-signature certificate and choose the relevant e-service from the list of the e-services of the Ministry of Culture and Tourism.  Then, the user must download and fill in an e-application and send it online together with the copies of required documents to the Ministry of Culture and Tourism.  

Within 15 days:

1. Agreements and acts on protection of monuments will be concluded with physical and legal persons

2. Permissions for carrying out archaeological excavations will be registered

Thus, the number of e-services of the Ministry of Culture and Tourism integrated into the E-government portal has reached 15.

Note that, according to the List of e-services approved by Resolution №191 of November 24, 2011 of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Azerbaijan, the number of e-services of the Ministry of Culture and Tourism on the E-government portal will be brought to17.
