Another government agency has been connected to the E-government portal and made available its service.Thus, a new e-service “Apply for issuance of special permit for activities on alternative and renewable energy sources” of the State Agency for Alternative and Renewable Energy Sources has been integrated into the portal.

By using this service, legal or physical persons can apply online for issuance a special permit for designing, construction and operation of facilities (installation) intended for the production of all kinds of alternative energy, including thermal energy, electrical energy, hydraulic power, wind energy, solar energy, biomass energy, geothermal energy, mini hydro power plant with capacity from 50 to10 000 kilowatts, derived on the basis of wind power plant.

The service requires registration. To use the service, a physical or legal person must be registered on the portal using electronic signature, personal details on the person are indicated   automatically.  

The application of the legal or physical person wishing to obtain a special permit for the relevant activities is signed with electronic signature.   

Then the applicant downloads the following documents and sends them to the relevant body in electronic form:

- Copy of a document confirming the applicant’s registration by tax authorities
- Copy of a document confirming the applicant’s right to use (ownership, lease, right to use) the territory or facility (installation) specified in the application. 
- Copy of a document on availability of material and technical base and personnel with professional skills required to carry out the relevant work
- Opinion of the relevant executive authority on the territory for the construction of the facility (installation)   
- Project.
