New e-services on agriculture have been integrated into E-government portal.
New e-services have been integrated into the E-government portal, the operator of which is Data Processing Center of the Ministry of Communications and High Technologies.
Thus, following 7 electronic services of the Ministry of Agriculture have been integrated into the portal.
2. Apply for a permit for temporary import and export of animals and birds to and from the country
3. Apply for a phytosanitary certificate to export plants and plant products
4. Checking the status of applications by application number
5. Apply for permit to import pesticides, biological preparations and agrochemicals
7. Apply for a reexport phytosanitary certificate to reexport plants and plant products.
Moreover, along with the integration of new services, the ministry’s following e-services available on the E-government portal have also been improved in order to provide conveniences for the users:
-Apply for an import quarantine permit to import plants and plant products
-Apply for agricultural equipment to be given through leasing
-Apply for registration in the private seed-growing activity
-Registration of the private farm for the determination of animal breeding direction
In addition, two electronic services of the Ministry of Agriculture available on the portal “Apply for permit to import cargos under veterinary inspection, including live animals and birds” and “Apply for permit to export cargos under veterinary inspection, including live animals and birds” were integrated and made available for users as a single service called “Apply for a permit for temporary import and export of animals and birds to and from the country”.
Also, the e-service “Apply for a reexport phytosanitary certificate and phytosanitary certificates for export, re-export of plants and plant products, their transportation and circulation in the territory of the Republic of Azerbaijan” is being provided as three separate e-services: “Apply for a phytosanitary certificate to export plants and plant products”, “Apply for a re-export phytosanitary certificate to reexport plants and plant products”, and “Apply for an internal quarantine certificate for transportation of plants and plant products within the country”.
Along with providing convenience to users, the above-mentioned services have been further optimized, which enable users to obtain electronic information about the course of the provision of e-services.
Users wishing to use the services provided by the Ministry of Agriculture are required to register on the E-government portal.
Note that as a result of the large-scale work carried out in the field of the formation of e-agriculture information system, the Ministry of Agriculture has integrated its 22 e-services into the E-government portal.
