From now on, consumers will be able to apply online for sealing, installation and replacement of water meters through the E-government portal (www.e-gov.az.).Thus, the service “Apply for sealing, installation and replacement of water meters” provided by Azersu Open Joint Stock Company (OJSC) has been integrated into the E-government portal.

The service requires registration, so to use the service, subscribers should register on the portal by using one of the authentication tools offered. Then, subscriber should select the service “Apply for sealing, installation and replacement of water meters” from among the services provided  by Azersu OJSC,  enter  subscriber code in the window opened, and  click on “Continue” button.

Relevant data on the subscriber will be displayed in the window in accordance with the code entered. 

Following information should be entered in the next window:

- Reason for appeal;

- Applicant’s phone number;

- Applicant’s e-mail address;

- Information in connection with the appeal and additional notes.

After entering the information, “Apply” button is clicked and a notification saying  “Your request was registered. Thank you for using our service” is sent to the subscriber.

Note that upon the registration of online application, necessary measures are taken at the subscriber’s address by a representative of the Water Channel Department.
