The E-government portal allows users to get reference documents on personal information of different types from a single center. Recently, the number of reference documents among the services used on the portal has increased. Up to now, 1,252,176 hits have been registered for 17 types of reference documents. Thus, we present the quantitative indicators of hits for reference documents:

- Reference document on citizen’s personal data - 275 054
- Reference document on place of residence - 75 643
- Reference document on diploma - 64 473
- Reference document on ID card data - 61 200
- Reference document on payments for communication services during the year - 27 964
- Reference document on having no debt for communication services- 25 192
- Extract on citizen from “Student-Graduate” state electronic data system - 21 439
- Reference document on vehicles registered in citizen’s name - 17 325
- Reference document on secondary schools of schoolchildren - 17 029

Submission of these reference documents in electronic form along with saving time, eliminates bureaucratic obstacles. After saving the reference document in PDF format the user can print and sent it to any email address.
It should be noted that the user can also use the service “Verification of reference documents” which is available in the “Reference documents” section of the portal. This service allows the user to verify the authenticity of the reference document using the QR code and barcodes on it. The said service has been used 57.112 times thus far.
