Three e-services of the State Committee on Property Issues have been integrated into the E-Government portal (www.e-gov.az). Thus, the number of services provided by the State Committee on Property Issues through the portal Electronic government reached 35.

The Committee’s services “Providing information on availability of apartments in high-rise residential  building  that have extracts  from state real estate register ”, “Providing information on selling  prices of apartments under purchase contract”, “Apply for connection to AzPOS system” are now available on the E-government portal.

By using the service “Providing information on availability of apartments in high-rise residential building that have extracts from state real estate register” a citizen can find out whether the apartment  has  got extract from the state register. To do this, the citizen needs to enter the name of the city, region, village, settlement, street, as well as name of the construction company.

Through the service “Providing information on selling prices of apartments under purchase contract” the citizen can obtain information on selling prices of apartments on the same territory by indicating address. It should be noted that both services are paid.

The organization, which wants to conduct field surveys in any area of the country and determine its coordinates, has now the opportunity to benefit from the third service “Apply for connection to AzPOS system”, which is available on the portal.  

Note that AZPOS (Azerbaijan Positioning Observation System) is an information system for determining coordinates with the help of high-precision receivers used in geodetic and field measurements in the Republic of Azerbaijan.
