From now on, customers of “Madame Coco” and “Decoria” stores of Emsa Baku LLC will also be able to purchase any goods on credit by using reference documents provided through Electronic Government Portal.

The service is available in all branches of Emsa Baku LLC.

Currently, 18 different types of reference documents are provided to citizens through the Electronic Government Portal. 

It will be recalled that the service has already been implemented by some 30 banks, credit organizations and retail facilities.

A reference document is an electronic document prepared on the basis of electronic information resources of various government agencies. Reference documents provide convenience for citizens and prevent the loss of time when using banking services. Another advantage of the service is the elimination of the need to obtain a proof of employment.
