According to the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Azerbaijan No 236 dated July 3, 2020, special quarantine regime is extended from 00:00 on June 21, 2020, to 06:00 on July 5, 2020, in Baku, Sumgayit, Ganja, Lankaran, Yevlakh, Masalli, Jalilabad cities and in the territory of Absheron region, including Mingachevir, Goranboy and Goygol cities, Barda, Samukh, Siyazan, Sheki, and Khachmaz districts in order to reduce the rate of spread of COVID-19 virus, as well as to minimize the complications it can cause.
A number of updates have been introduced in the “The System for Obtaining and Monitoring Permissions during the Implementation of Special Quarantine Regime” developed by the E-Gov Development Center subordinate to the State Agency for Public Service and Social Innovations under the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan. Thus, the serial number of the ID card is also reflected in the reply message while obtaining permission on the relevant codes through the 8103 SMS permission system. This helps to avoid confusion among citizens who have obtained a permit from the same number on the different IDs, to determine exactly which ID permit is issued.
Permissions on the portal icaze.e-gov.az until July 5 will be automatically deactivated. Employers will be able to activate the permits of employees working in the areas permitted by the relevant Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers until July 20, according to the schedule provided by them.
In addition, business trips of employees working in the permitted areas can be added to the portal icaze.e-gov.az. To do this, the seal authorized person of the institution enters the "Permits" section of the portal icaze.e-gov.az. In the opened section, the relevant information is filled in and confirmed by clicking the "business trip" button in the "Operations" column. If the employee does not have active permission, in this case, you must first obtain permission for the employee by entering the "Permissions" section and clicking on the "New" button.
According to the new rules, due to the integration of the “The System for Obtaining and Monitoring Permissions” into the electronic system of "E-Tabib", citizens infected with the coronavirus cannot obtain permission from the 8103 SMS permission system and the mobile application "E-Tabib". After the recovery of these citizens and the expiration of the quarantine period the ban on their permission imposed over the system is removed.
“The System for Obtaining and Monitoring Permissions” has also been integrated into the electronic system of the State Border Service. Those who came to Azerbaijan from other countries will not be able to obtain permission from the 8103 SMS service and the "E-Tabib" mobile application until the end of the intended quarantine period.
Individuals, legal entities, and officials are liable for the violation of the rules of application of established traffic restrictions during inspections by employees of the Ministry of Internal Affairs in accordance with the Administrative Offenses and Criminal Codes of the Republic of Azerbaijan.
