Fariz Jafarov, Director of the E-GOV Development Center (EGDC) of the State Agency for Public Service and Social Innovations of the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan, made a presentation at the “Digital Summit 2021”, organized with the participation of digital leaders around the world.
At the online international event, detailed information was given on the work done to form artificial intelligence in Azerbaijan, including data collection and processing based on Personal Identification Number, creation of a single source register, data crossover and analysis, application of machine learning and other areas. The e-Government Information System created by the E-GOV Development Center operates in the format of state-citizen (G2C), state-business (G2B), state-state (G2G). The presentation of the “ASAN service” experience, as well as extensive information about the “ASAN Login”, “ASAN Bridge” and “ASAN bot” projects aroused great interest among the summit participants.
“The Digital Summit 2021”, organized by the Global Government Forum and moderated by Kevin Cunnington, former Director General of the Digital Services of the Government of the United Kingdom, is one of the most prestigious and influential platforms for discussing digital technologies. The summit brings together sector leaders to openly discuss the existing opportunities and challenges in the field of digital transformation of the public sector. This year's event included extensive discussions on topics such as "What did we learn from the pandemic?", "Development of citizens, state and government using information," and "The use of artificial intelligence in public services."
