As many as 50,000 e-references were issued in the last month through the electronic reference services of the Ministry of Labor and Social Protection of the Population. 

Most of them referred to allowances and pensions, retirement benefits, disability, and workplace and employment.

In the last 5 years, the Ministry commissioned 30 e-reference services in the field of labor, employment, social security, disability, rehabilitation, etc. as part of its electronification program.

Its e-reference services provide citizens with references on workplace and disability, pension, allowance, scholarship, financial assistance, targeted assistance, housing and car provision by the state, individual personal accounts, etc.
