      Power of attorney confirming authority to file the application on behalf of the right holder

    • The name of the document :

      Court order (required to cancel the state registered mortgage based on a court decision)

    • The name of the document :

      Application on behalf of the mortgagee (The application of the legal entity and the application of the municipalities must be signed and stamped by the management)
