this service is the acceptance of applications and documents for the state registration of rights to real estate based on the final protocol of the results of the public auction held by specialized enterprises in the manner established by law, notarized contracts on real estate and certificates of inheritance rights, acceptance of the application to the user of the electronic service, determines the rules for issuing notifications about the execution stages of the case, informing the user of the electronic service in cases where the issuance of extracts is refused;
