This service includes items (restricted civil circulation) that may belong to certain participants of the civil circulation and are allowed to circulate (restricted civil circulation) (space satellite communication devices, wide-frequency radio receiver devices for conducting radio surveillance and radio control, and exceeding the power criterion determined by the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Azerbaijan existing radio transmitters) consists of accepting the application and the required documents in electronic form for the purpose of granting a special permit for its circulation and informing the applicant about the result
