Extension of the period of validity of work permits issued to foreigners and stateless persons for the purpose of employment in the territory of the Republic of Azerbaijan

This service is designed to accept, review and respond to an application for extension of a work permit for paid employment in the Republic of Azerbaijan and, depending on the result of the review, extend the work permit for paid employment in the Republic of Azerbaijan or refuse to extend the work permit for employment.

Documents required for implementation and their submission form

A citizen of the Republic of Azerbaijan :

    • The name of the document :

      Application Questionnaire

    • The name of the document :

      Certificate confirming that the foreign citizen or stateless person is not a carrier of a virus included in the list of dangerous infectious diseases approved by the competent executive authority

      Document submission forms :

    • The name of the document :

      A document that justifies the need to hire a foreign citizen and a person without citizenship for the intended job

    • The name of the document :

      A notarized copy of the document confirming that the foreign citizen or stateless person has the necessary qualifications to perform the intended work

    • The name of the document :

      Document confirming payment of the state fee (the work permit is issued to the employer upon submission of the document confirming payment of the state fee for obtaining this permit)
