This service defines the preferential sale of small public enterprises (facilities) to members of the workforce or their peers when the purchase of ownership exceeds 15% of the initial (starting) price.

A citizen of the Republic of Azerbaijan :

      List of members of the team of employees participating in the concession sale

      Document submission forms :

      - The original of the document

    • The name of the document :

      Application

      Document submission forms :

      - In electronic form (downloaded and filled out from the website where the service is provided) or original (when applied in person)

    • The name of the document :

      Power of attorney confirming the authority to act on behalf of a natural person

      Document submission forms :

      - The original of the document

    • The name of the document :

      Payment receipt

      Document submission forms :

      - The original of the document

    • The name of the document :

      Document confirming the identity of a natural person or a person representing such person

      Document submission forms :

      - The original of the document

    • The name of the document :

      Minutes of the general meeting of persons participating in the concession sale (if the number of employees is 3 or more)
