Registration of foreigners and stateless persons at their place of residence in the Republic of Azerbaijan

This service includes receiving, examining, replying to applications and documents for registration of foreigners and stateless persons in Azerbaijan Republic, and depending on the result of examination, allowing the registration in the Republic of Azerbaijan or refusing it.

Documents required for implementation and their submission form

A citizen of the Republic of Azerbaijan :

    • The name of the document :

      Application Questionnaire for the registration of a foreigner or a stateless person at the place of his or her residence

      Document submission forms :

      - Shall be submitted to the Internet information resource of the State Migration Service, by e-mail or in person.

    • The name of the document :

      A copy of the foreigner's or stateless person's other border crossing document

      Document submission forms :

      - Shall be submitted to the Internet information resource of the State Migration Service, by e-mail or in person.

    • The name of the document :

      A copy of the passport of a foreigner or stateless person

      Document submission forms :

      - Shall be submitted to the Internet information resource of the State Migration Service, by e-mail or in person.
