Another e-service of the State Customs Committee have been integrated into the E-government portal with the aim of carrying out the tasks set forth in the decision of the Cabinet of Ministers on approval of the “Rules for provision of e-services in specific areas by central executive bodies” and “List of e-services” dated November 24, 2011.
The service is called “My goods that are registered at customs border check points. Through this service, physical or legal persons can obtain information from customs border check points on goods sent to them.
To use the service, the user should enter the E-government portal, choose the above-mentioned service from the list of services offered by the State Customs Committee and register with E-signature having stamping privilege or ASAN imza.
By typing TIN on the opened window, entrepreneurs can view the list of goods registered at customs border check points, as well as get following important information on goods:
* Bar code of goods required when completing e-customs declaration (code issued during registration of goods at customs border check points)
* Information on destination of goods to the customs authority
* Information on approval of arrival of goods to customs authority
* Information on product name, exporter, invoice, cost and weight.
Upon completion of customs clearance, the list is deleted and a notification appears on the screen “The importer does not have goods passing through the border or getting through customs clearance” (Reason: all goods entered from the border have been registered or no goods arrived).
Note that the request will be accepted only when the user correctly types relevant information. If the information is entered incorrectly, the request will not be implemented.
