The service “Apply for elimination of breakdown occurred in water supply and sewage disposal system” provided by Azersu OJSC has been integrated into the E-government (www.e-gov.az) portal.

To use the service, you should access the “All services” section of the portal and choose the said e-service from among group of services provided by Azersu OJSC. The service can also be found by typing its name into the search box of the portal.

As the e-service has been coordinated with PIN, the user simply enters subscriber code and clicks  the “Continue” button and confirms his application by filling appropriate fields in the opened window.

Thus, citizen can submit his application in connection with the said issues online from anywhere where the computer and internet are available. The application will be registered if all fields in the application form have been completed correctly. After that, the words “YOUR APPLICATION HAS BEEN REGISTERED. THANK YOU FOR USING OUR SERVICE” will appear on the screen. After the registration of the application, within 3 working days the employees of the Water Channel Department will take all necessary measures to satisfy the citizen’s appeal.

After the integration of the e-service “Apply for elimination of breakdown occurred in water supply and sewage disposal system” into the portal, the number of e-services on the portal E-government reached 449.

It should also be noted that the E-government (www.e-gov.az ) portal can be accessed by relevant authentication tools  such as e-signature, ASAN imza, e-gov identity and  username/password.
