This service includes telephone (wired), cellular (mobile), radio trunk and wireless telephone, organization of domestic telecommunication channels, organization of international telecommunication channels, IP-telephony (internet-telephony), data transmission, fast mail, 3rd generation ( 3G) about the acceptance of the application and the required documents in electronic form and the result of granting a special consent (license) for the types of activities on mobile communication services, the creation of biometric technologies and the provision of services to those technologies, the formation of information resources of personal data and the creation of information systems, and the provision of services to them consists of providing information to the user.
