Acceptance of orders for the auction sale of non-residential areas that are at the disposal of local executive authorities, as well as unused non-residential areas located in residential buildings and built at the expense of state funds

Content

This electronic service is available for use by local executive authorities (except for attics and basements that are jointly owned by owners of residential buildings), as well as unused non-residential areas built at the expense of state funds located in residential buildings (content registered in the state register of real estate of residential buildings parts) determines the rules regarding the acceptance of orders for the registration of participants in the auctions organized for the purpose of selling them, the payment of 10 percent of the initial sale price of the privatization object, and the submission of the ticket for granting the right to participate in the auction.

A citizen of the Republic of Azerbaijan :

      Document confirming the identity of the natural person or the person representing him;

      Power of attorney confirming the authority to represent a natural person;

    • The name of the document :

      A copy of the document on the payment of 10 percent of the initial sale price of the object of privatization (excluding electronic payments).
