Content

This service consists in receiving applications and necessary documents from the applicant (i.e. telecommunications operators, providers operating in the public telecommunications network, and other legal entities and individuals) for allocation of numbering resources in the public telecommunications network by the Ministry of Transport, Communications and High Technologies of the Republic of Azerbaijan

Documents required for implementation and their submission form

A citizen of the Republic of Azerbaijan :

    • The name of the document :

      Copy of the state registration certificate of the legal entity (for natural persons - full name, surname, information on the ID card (series, number, when and by whom issued, personal ID code (after entering the PIN), address)

      - In paper form or a scanned copy of the document in electronic form

    • The name of the document :

      Copy of the document confirming the right to use the address where the applicant conducts business (ownership, lease, and use, etc.)

      A copy of a special agreement (license) in the case of an application for the allocation of numbering resources for the provision of services for the types of activities requiring a special agreement (license) in the field of telecommunications
