    2.6.2 The document on the payment of the state fee is issued when a work permit is submitted to the employer to engage in paid labor activities in the territory of the Republic of Azerbaijan.

    2.6.3. When a foreigner and stateless person is transferred to another job with the same employer, the documents mentioned in subsections 2.6.1.1 and 2.6.1.4 of this regulation are required to obtain a new work permit.
