This service includes ensuring the use of documents from the National Archives Fund of the Republic of Azerbaijan for scientific research and other purposes based on requests from legal entities and natural persons of the Republic of Azerbaijan.

Documents required for implementation and their submission form

A citizen of the Republic of Azerbaijan :

    • The name of the document :

      Identity card of an employee of a legal entity responsible for carrying out research activities

      Document submission forms :

      - Scanned copy of the document (in case of electronic application) or original (in case of application in person or by postal service)

    • The name of the document :

      Application

      Document submission forms :

      - Scanned copy of the document (in case of electronic application) or original (in case of application in person or by postal service)

    • The name of the document :

      Identity card of a natural person

      Document submission forms :

      - Scanned copy of the document (in case of electronic application) or original (in case of application in person or by postal service)
