Issuance of certificates of ownership and other property rights to ships to legal entities and natural persons in accordance with the requirements of the Merchant Shipping Code of the Republic of Azerbaijan and the "Rules of State Registration of Ships in the Republic of Azerbaijan" approved by Order № 105 of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Azerbaijan dated 4 June 2010.

Documents required for implementation and their submission form

A citizen of the Republic of Azerbaijan :

      A document on the receipt of the ship's IMO number

      Document submission forms :

      - Copy of the document (paper)

    • The name of the document :

      A document confirming the right of ownership to the ship in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Azerbaijan

      Act on the verification of the ship's serviceability and compliance with the requirements of the existing international conventions in the field of maritime transport
